How it works

From inbound email to resolved conversation

Sprintiverse is a working helpdesk, not a dashboard demo. Here is the path a real ticket takes.

  1. 1

    Connect your support address

Point support@yourstore.com at Sprintiverse. Every inbound email becomes a ticket with the customer attached, and replies go back out from your own address.

  2. 2

    Bring in store context

Connect Shopify so orders, fulfilment status and lifetime value appear beside the conversation. Agents answer 'where is my order' without leaving the ticket.

  3. 3

    Work the shared inbox

Filter by mine, unassigned, open or pending. Reply, add an internal note, apply a macro, change status and priority — all from the keyboard-friendly three-pane layout.

  4. 4

    Automate the repetitive triage

Rules tag shipping questions, raise priority on refund requests and route wholesale enquiries to the right team the moment a ticket lands.

  5. 5

    Measure and staff accordingly

Analytics shows first response time, resolution rate, volume by channel and workload per agent, so you know when the queue actually needs another person.

The interface

Designed for agents who live in the inbox all day

Queue on the left, conversation in the middle, customer and orders on the right. Dense enough to move fast, quiet enough to read.

Hi! I ordered two weeks ago and tracking hasn't updated since Tuesday. Can you check?
Hi Priya — your parcel cleared customs this morning and is out for delivery tomorrow. I've added tracking below.
Internal noteCarrier delay on the EU route — flagging for the ops standup.
