What we store. Account details, workspace settings, support conversations and messages, customer records you create or import, and store data pulled from an integration you connect.

Isolation. Every record is scoped to a workspace and enforced in the database, so one workspace cannot read another's data.

Processors. Hosting and database (Supabase), payments (Razorpay and PayPal), outbound and inbound email (your configured email provider), and Shopify if you connect a store. Provider credentials are stored server-side only.

Retention and deletion. Data is retained while your workspace exists. Deleting a workspace removes its conversations, customers and integration credentials.
