These terms govern access to the Sprintiverse support workspace. By creating a workspace you agree to use the service lawfully and to keep your account credentials secure.

Trial and billing. New workspaces include a 24-hour free trial measured from workspace creation using our server clock. Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD) on the interval you select and renew until cancelled from the Billing page.

Your data. Conversations, customers and connected store data belong to you. You may request export or deletion at any time.

Availability. The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
